SCORE ANNOUNCEMENT - CHANGE OF CHAIR

At the Management Committee Meeting on Wednesday 26th May Gwyn Lewis announced that he is stepping down as Chairman and Trustee of the charity. Gwyn's resignation letter explained that his hectic life is about to get busier as his local Church Minister is taking a sabbatical and he will have many more preaching commitments. This is on top of his already busy life and a demanding legal practice in Manchester.

Gwyn has been a trustee for 10 years and chairman for the last three years. The Management Committee is extremely grateful for all his work, time and effort on behalf of SCORE and hope that he will continue to use his valuable expertise and experience in support of the charity.

On behalf of all trustees, staff and volunteers we wish to thank him for his service to SCORE and wish him well for the future. May God richly bless him in his continuing work for the Kingdom.

The Trustees are pleased to announce that Graham Carey has agreed to become interim Chairman of SCORE at least until the AGM at our conference in Lilleshall in October. Although Graham is a relatively new Trustee he has been involved with SCORE for many years, including experience in chaplaincy at Portsmouth.

We thank God for the way the ministry of the charity has developed under Gwyn's chairmanship, and look forward to what God has in store under Graham's leadership.
