LOGIN TO YOUR WEBMAIL - ADD OR REMOVE A AUTORESPONSE MESSAGE
Everyone at SCORE can have access to an email address. Normally we simply forward emails received by SCORE to your usual email account, for example, Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail, AOL etc. SCORE emails could be anything @ scorechaplaincy.org.uk or anything@ the other domains owned by SCORE.
Depending on the way you want to use your SCORE address you have the option of having a SCORE webmail account. Emails received are collected online via an easy to use interface similar to Yahoo or GMail or can be - if you want - collected and downloaded by your destop account, for example, Outlook / Express, Thunderbird. Apply for a SCORE webmail account.
We recommended that if possible replies from SCORE use a SCORE address to mask and protect your private email profiles. These can be either a group reply, for example, football@ or personal, for example, john@. You can create a mask for your private email but will need to refer to your email provider for instructions on how to create this effect. A mask simply makes your email look as if it as been sent from a SCORE address. Because of our email rules replies will automatically be received in your mailbox.
Our webmaster, Paul is available to give instructions on how to get your email working effectively for you. Send a message now.
An email autoresponder sends an automatic email response to an email received in your box. You can prepare your own message to be sent. A SCORE autoresponder will only work with a SCORE account email. Add a autoresponse message to your mailbox.
